While waiting for responding units AIR1 advised a (S) from the group had gotten into a car and was leaving the area. S-Dorsey has a lengthy 148 history, is assaultive towards police, and currently on F/S Prob for 148 PC, misdo warrant. Upon arrival, R/O’s located the victim who advised he had been 211’d for his phone and $80. A search of the subject revealed a can of mace pepper spray and a small bag of methamphetamines. 19-355344 – El Camino/Albatros – 1413hrs –. He then stole the victim’s car and the female followed in her Acura. The driver was taken into custody, without incident, after he drove down a dead-end road. A 647(J)(1) report was taken (19-149559) and an IB released with the suspects picture. One subject was arrested for negligent discharge of a firearm and resisting, another was cited for resisting arrest and a third subject was cited for possession of narcotics. The passenger was determined to be the person on the ID and not who he said he was. She stated he chased her down the trail, forced her to stop, and hit her in the face, while yelling at her about who she was riding with. Earlier in the day portable propane banks were stolen from the business. 20-124434 – 3900 block Research Dr – 921P – 1458 Hrs – 2A. Officers were alerted to a stolen vehicle in the parking lot of the mall. The suspect fled in his black Toyota Corolla 5SVT247. A probation search of the house yielded a loaded / unregistered / 380 semi-auto pistol. Vehicle was evidence impounded. While on scene officers came under fire and Ofc. The victim had severe injuries and possibly had broken legs and a broken arm. The subject presented an out of state ID during the transaction. Officers were able to get the suspect back into his clothes and conduct a probation search. SPD dispatchers were able to hear the gunshot during the phone call. The wound was to his groin and is not life-threatening. As other units were arriving the MBA jumped back in the car and fled at a high rate of speed. As late watch Officers Lyons and Tsverov (2A27) were leaving the men’s locker room of Kinney, they saw a MBA in the alcove in front of the women’s locker. Based on the possibility of the victim still being inside the house we forced entry. Security located the vehicle with their cameras on the 2nd story parking garage behind Macy’s. He ended up blowing a .29 BAC on the PAS; incredibly high for a small and young guy. Mama Marks Park, officers responded to the park regarding a subj attempting to light objects on fire with a lighter. Officers responded to the Shell Station regarding a subject taking off his pants and exposing himself. Intial officers arrived on scene and attempted to detain the MWA, he continued fighting. SPD responded to CVS (1587 W El Camino Ave) regarding a ringing alarm. 19-370834 / 945 / 1500 block Response Rd / 2C / 1229hrs. He was arrested without issue and booked at jail for a 211. : Comp called PD when he arrived to work and noticed that it had been burglarized. They began medical aid and requested SFD respond to the scene. GET Ofc. District 2 officers responded to the area for a POD alert of a 503 traveling W/B Grand Ave. With the assist of the AIR unit officers caught up to the 503 S/B Rio Linda from Ford. As officers attempted to contact him the male tossed a small item under a nearby car. Officers observed a silver Cadillac CTS driving erratically at Marysville Blvd / Claire Ave and attempted to effect a traffic stop at Rio Linda Blvd / Marysville. A search of the rest of the car was negative. Officers were given vehicle plate information (actual photo of the license plate)of the hit and run vehicle and conducted some follow up at a nearby county address. The driver was “pre-trial” from a another gun arrest in January. Officers were handling a call at the south end of Ninos Parkway. Some surveillance video of the incident was obtained but it was of poor quality. Flashlight taken. North POP responded to 2900 block Berkshire Way to pick up suspect on a warrant related to 487(A)PC of property from Chevy’s on the River. All were last seen walking N/B on Bridgeford. Officers located 12 to 14 more casings on the freeway after it was closed. 19-334491 – 2900 block Rio Linda Bl – 415w / 459 – 1511 hrs. Officer responded to this call of a robbery of purse from an elderly (73 years old) victim that occurred earlier at 4oo block El Camino Ave. (20-16972). There are a lot of low-income apartments, car thefts, graffiti (ect). They advised the (S) was acting erratic and throwing stuff out of the house. The laptop was not located as the suspect may have thrown it out during the pursuit, however the GPS tag was still in the suspect vehicle which is why we were able track their location. Officer immediately provided commands for the subject to drop the knife and get on the ground. He then walked out of the store while acting belligerent towards the loss prevention employee. -Stop Sign enforcement on N. Park Dr (Community), -General Enforcement and distracted driving on Truxel, near San Juan (Crime Analysis), -General enforcement Northgate between Garden Hwy/San Juan (Crime Analysis), -General enforcement Truxel Rd between Garden Hwy/ San Juan (Crime Analysis). The vehicle returns to Taylor St. so NPOP went with SNCU to perform a probation search as NPOP arrested a male at the location for firearms earlier in the year. The female suspect was identified as Lily Blythe (DOB: 8/3/97). #2 / 2C / 1158 Hrs. Re-tracing the foot pursuit route, officers located a  loaded 9MM Ruger handgun where it had hit the fence after suspect threw it. / 2C. Officers did follow-up at the business, reviewing surveillance footage and observed both arrive in the vehicle. (S) Was detained but could not be positively ID’d by either (V). Upon looking at the evidence it appeared the  suspect was able to break through the dry wall into the rear office area of the business. Officers contacted a subj matching description on the call, who shockingly is an arson registrant. (Arrested: Jullian Randle, 9/26/92), 2B / Assault w/Deadly Weapon / 3296 Marysville Blvd / 1746 hours / 19-77797Employees at the Quick Stop called to report a male being assaulted with a baseball bat in the parking lot. Round Table was the only business to have surveillance video, but the responsible wasn’t able to access their system (Bay Alarm). The subject became semi cooperative and eventually calmed down enough to speak with Officer Case. The investigation continues as detectives work to tie these individuals to other crimes in the region. Nonetheless, it was a very good spot by AIR of some furtive behavior that could’ve just as easily been attributed to prowlers/thieves. Coroner was contacted and took over the scene. The store manager advised that the corporate office would need to be contacted for video surveillance. 4 grams of meth, two scales and aprox $1500.00 in small bills. 2B / Pursuit / Eleanor & Altos / 1422 hours / 19-102551. Suspect advised that the victim had been selling marijuana products. Stambaugh was hailed by a witness who was watching a male attempting to get into the front door of Kinney by way of picking the door lock. The Buick the (S) had been seated in prior to his flight was evidence impounded and the (S) was arrested for the MJ and firearm. 19-392133 – 3100 block Ashley Way – Firearms Arrest. Driver of the vehicle was detained and vehicle searched incident to arrest where large amounts of methamphetamine, heroin and marijuana were located. This behavior caused approximately $1,000 damage and earned her a trip to jail. P1 stabilized at the hospital with a lacerated spleen and broken bones but remains in critical condition. As more units got behind the 10851 vehicle, it pulled into the AmPm parking lot (3501 Northgate Blvd) where a felony stop was conducted. We located 1 unit without water or a toilet. Patrol responded to a report of a MWA switching plates between two Chevy trucks at this location. 2B / POD – Stolen Vehicle / Silver Eagle & Norwood Ave / 1622 hours / 19-77693Officer were alerted to a stolen vehicle in the area. 19-392929 / 415 / 2400 block Natomas Park Dr. / 1B / 1004 Hrs. X was found to be the sole occupant/driver. 2B/ ShotSpotter-187/ Strawberry Manor Park/ 1457 hours/ 19-121917. 19-114266 / 2020 Club Center Dr suite 100 (Ace Hardware) / 1A / 459A / 0326 hours. During the original 215 the suspect left a size 10.5 Nike Air Jordan at the scene. / 1C / 0800 Hrs. There was a great turn out from the community with multiple positive contacts. 19-78490/480/Del Paso Boulevard and Palmer Street/2B/1124 HoursOfficers responded to a hit and run that had just occurred with a male subject lying in the intersection with significant injuries. Officers were able to take him into custody. Auto theft was advised of this call. The victim exited his cousin’s red Nissan Versa, and the female took the vehicle, fleeing the scene. 19-417887 / 400 block Senator Ave (1C) / SStop / 1041 hrs. The chase headed west on West El Camino Ave. and ended up on the freeway. Suspects made entry by smashing the lower half of the front glass door of the business with a sledgehammer. KILMER was charged 2800.2 VC, 3056 PC, 11377 HS, and 11364. Officer advised via radio that he might have spotted the green Dodge Durango and that there was a male subject that was outside of it that had just ran away towards Carroll  St / Norwood Ave. Due to the transient nature of the occupants of this vehicle, the weapons were seized for destruction and the ID and paperwork booked as found property. 19-231291 – 3100 block Palmer St #3 / 2B / 1147hrs. Officers responded to this 925 regarding a 945. Patrol officers and K9 assisted. STAR provided updates to CHP units who pursued the suspect vehicle to Vallejo where it 901’d. Carefree North Natomas Senior Apartments offers 1-2 bedroom rentals starting at $1,749/month. Officers identified 3 of the primary suspects, including the female who stole the phone. The call was received by SFD regarding a fire at the residence. Officers received a POD hit at the above time/location regarding a white Nissan. 20-20457- POD HIT/ Warrant arrest/ 3500 block Jumilla Way / 1A / 1858. The officers quickly located a hotel voucher from IMPACT to assist the family getting appropriate housing for the time being. Comp stated that the seller come to comp’s house where a heavy set MHA, got out of the vehicle (described as a black Infiniti 4D) and attempted to grab the money from him. The pursuit was canceled at Longview and I-80 due to speed. Information was developed that supported illegal marijuana cultivation was occurring. During the stop, he contacted the driver who had a felony warrant for a PRCS violation and was taken to jail. The (S) was taken into custody without incident. Quick Quack Car Wash. Employees were standing outside on the drive thru when a MWA  walked up and attempted to grab the cash drawer, when he was unable to get it loose, he brandished a silver and black revolver and told the employee to give the him the drawer. The pedestrian landed in the #2 northbound lane of Rio Linda Blvd. Creating another concern, was the fact that a large concert with tens of thousands of people was currently going on in Discovery Park making that area congested with traffic and cars that would make our search more difficult. The male and female denied knowledge of the shooting. An area check was conducted with negative results. While officers were waiting for more units to arrive, the driver exited his vehicle and began to walk away. The driver was arrested for 2800.2 CVC. One of the passengers, Jamar Welcome, MBA, had a 10K warrant for hit and run. NGET officers responded to an AWDW call after no patrol units were available. Assisting Off Armstrong from D1 was checking the area of the T & Y market for the (S). The man was in his truck camper and finally came out after about an hour of officers arriving on scene. Officers Oldes, Howard, and Whitaker located the suspect in the neighbors backyard, and took her into custody without incident. 2B/Old North Sacramento/xxx Plaza Drive /211P-(Home Invasion: Suspects Outstanding)/0925 hours/19-120226. 4 suspects began to loot food items from the store, when confronted by employees, one of the suspects brandished a handgun, suspects fled on foot. On the date of the incident the car was entered into SVS, and Learn. Per a WebKPF check, the R/O physical matches the suspect description. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact the residents via telephone, an officer conducted PA announcements utilizing the LRAD. 2B / ShotSpotter – Gun Arrest / XXX Sonoma Ave / 1841 hours / 19-94788Officers responded to a 2-round activation and multiple callers about a subject shooting in the back portion of their yard. Suspect was handed over to Parole Agents who booked him on his PAL warrant. with two subjects on board. The victim was hanging out with an acquaintance (suspect) when things got heated over money owed. 19-343078 / 927/503P @ Harris & Opportunity / 2A 0919 Hrs. / 2B. Two MBA’s exited and grabbed the packages by force from the UPS driver before leaving. 20-36730 / TSTOP/Pursuit @ Bus80 & Marconi / 0105 hrs. Eric Zsolnay, 2/29/76) was arrested for driving on a suspended license and resisting arrest. 20-45804:  Window smashed. The subject was located and immediately surrendered without any use of force. They conducted an enforcement stop on the vehicle and contacted the driver. Officers met the subject at the work site and showed him the picture. Officers, Code Enforcement, and Park Rangers visited Mama Marks park to begin educating visitors of park rules after receiving numerous complaints from community members of illegal activity. SUSPECT: MAA, 40’s, dark blue hoodie, dark pants, flip flops, and wore a light blue bandana/scarf around his neck. He was arrested. General enforcement at the following high 901 locations per crime analysis: -El Camino/Del Paso -Speed enforcement Clay/El Camino. During the search of the vehicle, NGET located a loaded shotgun with removed serial numbers and no buttstock. 300 block Indiana – Illegal Marijuana Grow. He was transported to UCD. Officers responded to the Hotel at the above address regarding a subject who had been shot. with the victim but the victim does not know their names. Then a couple minutes later, stated that suspects exited the house and took off on foot. The Coroner has not identified the victim at this point. District 1 officers responded to the suspect’s house, where he was arrested without incident. 20-46533 // 3100 block Marysville Blvd //  TSTOP/GUN ARREST // 2B // 1606 HRS. 20-121017 / POPCON / 2000 block Verano St. / 2B / 1307 Hrs. They were able to catch up and stop the car, which had no plates. Suspect #1 (Passenger) MHA, heavy set, 20’s, blk clothing and armed with a blk gun. / 1A / 1043 Hrs. The suspects were booked at juvenile hall for 459 PC, 148 PC, and 182 PC. A 911 hangup call came in with a female screaming. He was transported to UCD where he remains in surgery in critical condition. 19-146579 / 2668 Del Paso Blvd / 2B / 941P / 2255 hours. The suspect then fled, possibly in a brown car. The female driver of one vehicle was in critical condition with extensive injuries. Officer Wollman and CSO Diamonte responded to a report regarding a robbery that had occurred two days ago at 2101 Club Center Drive. The driver  was working as  a Lyft driver when she missed the turn in the road, collided with a city sign, and came to a stop when the sign got jammed. A canvass for video yielded negative results. The suspect vehicle was last seen travelling southbound on I-5. Subject was arrested for 10851 VC, 11377 HS, and 20002 VC. Officers observed a 927 vehicle with two occupants in the Cheers parking lot. The MBA suspect took the victim’s TV, cell phone and house keys before both suspects left. Earlier in the shift I was contacted by Detective Sgt. 20-47989: 487pc: 3500 block N. Freeway Blvd (Ulta): 2054hrs. A consent search of the suspect vehicle revealed a 40 cal handgun. Officer caught up with the vehicle and attempted a traffic stop, but vehicle failed to yield. In the holster was a very real looking C02 Berretta style semi auto. The MHA was eventually detained without incident. 19-406547 / 503P / 1600 block Arden Wy / 2C / 2008 hrs. The driver immediately claimed ownership of all of the firearms, stating that he had recently been shot and was carrying them for protection. The veh and its solo driver were found in foot and half deep water that had collected between the roadway and RR tracks. 19-233702 245P / 3700 Taylor St / 2A / 1358 Hours. Sacramento police found a gun beside her body and the body of her long-time boyfriend, 38-year-old Edward Coleman.
